Party Requirements

In order to enjoy a truly magical experience, we recommend following our suggestions below.

Our performer(s) will bring everything they need to provide a magical party along with them, we just ask that you provide a chair and a plug for them to plug their music player into.

Before entering the party our performer(s) will call you to let you know they have arrived - please have your phone on 'loud' and be ready for the call. Delaying this may result in a shortened party length and therefore not all advertised activities may be included.

​

Please help our performer(s) with their speaker and plug it in prior to their entrance, and help them take it out after the party. This will help to make their entrance and goodbye even more special.

​

Please ensure that there is a space for the performer(s) to park at the party location, as close to the door as possible. Please note: if any payments are required for the performer's parking, this is the responsibility of the person who booked the party.

​

A responsible adult must be present throughout the entire party. The most magical parties are often those where all of the family are present and involved throughout therefore this is what we recommend.

​

Outdoor parties can be some of the most enjoyable for all involved. If you choose to have an outdoor party, please ensure that there is sufficient protection from the weather including shade from the sun and cover from wind and rain. Our performer(s) will not be able to stay outside uncovered if there is even light rain, so please have an indoor alternative available just in case.

​

We suggest that party guests arrive at least 15 minutes before our performer is due to enter, in order for all guests to enjoy the entire package.

​

We recommend for there to be no other entertainment present at your party while our performer is present. This includes DJs and discos, Mascot Characters, Bouncy Castles, Clowns and Balloon Artists. If you plan to include these in your party, please ensure they attend at a different time to our performer.

​

If extreme weather occurs (e.g. heavy snow, flooding) which makes travelling to your location dangerous, we will transfer your booking deposit to a party on an alternative date. We will get in touch with you if this is the case.

​

Please note: the party must take place in a smoke-free environment.

​

Please note: if at any time our performer feels unsafe or threatened, they will leave the party and no refund will be provided.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: â€‹How does the payment for the party work?

A: In order to confirm a booking, we require payment of a 50% non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance must then be paid no later than 48 hours before the party date. The remaining balance will be made clear in your party confirmation documents, received upon booking.

Q: â€‹Do we need to provide anything extra for the party?

A: Our performer will bring everything they need to create a magical party experience along with them. Our parties follow a tried and tested formula and so it's often better if there is nothing else going on to distract the children from the magic! All you need to provide is a chair for our performer and an electrical socket to plug their music player into.

​

Q: Can I amend the package in any way?

A: We recommend following the packages as they are advertised, however please ask if you have any special requests and we will do our best to accommodate these.

​

Q: â€‹What if I would like more guests to attend that the maximum advertised numbers?

A: The maximum numbers are in place to ensure that all advertised activities can be completed and each child can experience 1:1 time with the character. We are happy to accommodate more guests if required, however this may result in fewer advertised activities being including in the party. Please contact us to discuss this further.

 

Q: â€‹What if I need to change the date of/postpone my party?

A: We are happy to transfer your original party deposit to another date within 6 months of your original booking free of charge, availability dependent. If you need to postpone your party, please contact us at least 48 hours before your original booking time and date. Any rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the party are not guaranteed. Please note: all booking deposits are non-refundable.

Q: Why does the package price differ depending on the party location?

A: Our pricing works in bands of distance to your party location (one way) from our base, in Alburgh - within 15 miles, within 25 miles, within 35 miles and 35 miles +. Each band has an additional cost added to allow for the extended travel time and costs incurred to get to your location. Please see the pricing breakdown on our Packages and Pricing page for the different prices of each package per distance band.

All costumes, wigs and accessories are our own and all of our characters are based on fairytales, fables and stories. We do not intend to violate any copyright laws and any resemblance to known copyrighted characters is purely incidental. We can only accept bookings from clients who understand that we do not represent any licensed character.
